Standard Shipping: On average your orders will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days.

PO Box Shipping: If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. Please contact customer service at (800) 457-4313 or customerservice@nctsolution.com for further information.
APO/FPO Shipping: Many online retailers will not ship to APO/FPO addresses, but here at www.nctsolution.com, we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses. We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations within 5-10 business days and extra charges will be applied. However, because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage. Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival.
Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the post office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Care Center at (800) 457-4313 to resolve any issues.
